Donetsk, May 5 — DAN. A commemorative plaque in honor of football player Vadim Solodky killed in fighting for the Donetsk People’s Republic will be installed on the building of the Donetsk school where he worked as a sports teacher.
“A plaque honoring the memory of Vadim Solodky will be installed on the building of Secondary School No 125 in Donetsk, ” City Hall reported on its website.
Solodky, trained at the Shakhyor soccer school, played for the Football Clubs Volyn Lutsk, Metallurg Donetsk and Sherif Tiraspol. He worked as an “Olympic” children’s sport school coach. Solodky was killed in action in March 2022.*jk
