Donetsk, Oct 2 — DAN. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has said that the information about welfare measures must be lucidly delivered to Russian residents.

“We must inform the people about all programs, measures and significant projects in the regions, ” Mishustin said at a meeting over the budget proposal for the next three years. “They have to see the measures that improve the standard of living and take into account their opinion, that is the feedback which the president always talks about.”

The federal budget draft law includes the support of families with children. Priorities include the affordability of medical services, new jobs at educational institutions, repairs of schools and construction of world-level campuses.

The federal budget draft was submitted to the State Duma lower house of the Russian parliament on September 29. It allocates 37.5 billion rubles for socio-economic development of the Donbass Republics and the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions in 2004.*jk
