Donetsk, Jul 19 — DAN. There are no problems with finding a job in Mariupol, Donetsk People’s Republic Acting Head Denis Pushilin said on Wednesday.

“Construction and related business is the main job creation driver in Mariupol, ” Pushilin said in a live broadcast on TV channel Russia 24. “There’s a demand for utility company personnel, junior medical staff and drivers.  Nobody’s left without a job.”

The Ilyich metallurgical plant and Azovstal industrial park facilities have yet launched full-scale operation, he added.

Mariupol is the largest city on the Sea of Azov coast, a key Donbass metallurgy center and seaport. It was liberated from Ukrainian troops on April 21, 2022. The city housing  stock and infrastructure sustained significant damage. Extensive rebuilding works are underway across the city.*jk
