Zhoga, a co-chairman of presidential candidate Vladimir Putin’s election campaign HQ, visited its Donetsk branch earlier in the day. He talked by phone with a DPR residents who complained about her cold home.

“Lawmakers have been working on the issue for a long time. We’ve taken more than 1,000 complaints; more than 700 heat and power supply problems have been resolved and another 106 are being monitored, ” he said.

As of today, all boiler houses in the Republic are operating; we’re troubleshooting interruptions. “I believe that all residents will see the New Year in with heat and power supply, ” Zhoga told reporters after the telephone conversation.
