Donetsk, Nov 16 — DAN. The works to rebuild the housing stock in Mariupol have to be carried out within a shorter timeframe, Donetsk People’s Republic Acting Head Denis Pushilin said after a meeting with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.

“We separately considered the rehousing of citizens who lost their homes in Mariupol, ” Pushilin wrote on Telegram. “Despite the fact that the city rebuilding plan will be implemented for three years, I asked to resolve the housing problem within a shorter period, at least in two years.”

“People are ready to wait, but naming the timeframe is important, he said.
