Donetsk, Nov 20 — DAN. Workers from St Petersburg have launched the second phase of the Mariupol hospital campus project, the St Petersburg Office said on its official Telegram channel on Monday.

“A pit has been dug for a two-storey building with an underground parking lot to accommodate a laundry, a disinfection unit, a dairy block, a diagnostics lab and technical zones, ” the Office said.

The Donetsk News Agency earlier reported the first ever  renovation of the city’s blood center. In October, repairs were completed on the primary care and diagnostic centers of the Mariupol intensive therapy hospital.

The Russian government allocated 698 million rubles to the Mariupol intensive therapy hospital in late September to carry out repairs and purchase 1,600 medical supplies including ultrasound machines and medical ventilators.*jk
