“The decision to nominate Russian President Vladimir Putin for a new term is necessary, in the first place to the citizens, our country and the international community which wants to live peacefully, the countries that wish to develop and resolve their issues without diktat from Washington and Brussels, the countries that want to be strong and sovereign to be able to plan their future, ” said Volodin whose speech was broadcast live.
Putin proved with his service to his country and the world community how much could be changed.
