Donetsk, Dec 25 — DAN. President Vladimir Putin has ordered to establish a creativity center in Donetsk including a film studio and a school. The president issued the order following his meeting with federal and regional public chamber activists.
Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Donetsk People’s Republic Head Denis Pushilin and Public Chamber Secretary Lidia Mikheyeva have to prepare project proposals by February 15, 2024. Pushilin and Mikheyeva will also bring forward proposals for a regional opinion leadership projet.*jk
