Donetsk, Nov 15 – DAN. Russian Federation has fully opened its markets for Donbass-made goods, the Republic's Head Denis Pushilin said commenting on the decree signed by Russian leader Vladimir Putin to support Donbass economy.

"The recognition of Donbass certificates of origin and their access to state procurement, abolishment of import and export limitations provides Donbass enterprises with rights equal to the rights of Russian manufacturers," he said.

Pushilin described the decision as a very important humanitarian measure.
