Donetsk, Jan 10 – DAN. Crime rate in the DPR declined by 14 pc in 2021, the Interior Ministry said.
"In 2021, the law enforcement registered 6,895 offenses, it is 1,080 crimes fewer than in 2020."
DPR has seen a drop in thefts (3,423 vs 2,968), illegal arms and ammo circulation (612 vs 583), murders (95 vs 75). Fraud declines by almost two times (504 vs 288).
Car hijacking was on the rise: 61 compared to 28 a year earlier.
