Donetsk, Dec 13 — DAN. The State Duma lower house of the Russian parliament has extended the payment holiday for mobilized servicemen by one year.
The payment holiday applies to all loans taken by servicemen (and members of their families) participating in the special military operation (SVO), as well as to entrepreneurs who joined the SVO as volunteers, regardless of the sum of the loan. It also cancels the intolerable liability for the families of killed servicemen.
Earlier reports said that the Russian parliament had postponed the requirement for vehicle owners in the new regions to purchase civil liability insurance by one year.*jk
