Donetsk, Apr 23 – DAN. The OSCE SMM patrols have clear instructions on their routes, Donetsk SMM office director Olga Skripovskaya told DAN, commenting today's tragic incident in which one SMM monitor was killed.
"I can say that each patrol goes through instructions, every one. There are patrols following main roads, other can follow side roads. Every patrol has its instructions. That is why sometimes we cannot set off immediately, because patrols are going through such procedures. Right now, I cannot tell you what happened to the patrol under consideration, I don’t know yet."
The OSCE office in Kiev did not immediately respond to DAN request, saying they "were looking into the situation". *ot
