Donetsk, Apr 15 – DAN. Some members of the OSCE SMM handed over information on DPR forces and public institutions locations to Ukraine, the DPR Prosecutor General's Office said.

"A criminal case has been opened against some OSCE SMM members following established facts of collection and storage with the aim of transferring to the Ukrainian special services information constituting a state secret," the statement reads.

Some "monitors" filmed locations where DPR forces were deployed to, as well as industrial bases and public institutions. They gathered and stored information on electronic media and passed it over to representatives of foreign intelligence, including the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the State Security.
Earlier, the DPR said that the operation of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission was unlawful in the DPR territory and that its representative were not welcome to stay. The Mission has to stop its activity in the Republic by April 30. A DPR resident who worked for the SMM was reportedly detained for “the activity incompatible with the Mission mandate.” *ot
