Donetsk, October 24 - DAN. OSCE Special Monitoring Mission staff repaired the Donetsk Water Treatment Plant (DFS) camera after it was damaged in August, a source told Donetsk News Agency on Tuesday.
“OSCE specialists fixed the camera dismantled a few months ago due to the damage caused by Ukrainian army strikes,” he said.
OSCE SMM installed two cameras in August; one of them was damaged immediately after activation. DPR representatives at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination said the equipment had been damaged in shelling by Ukrainian forces. The damaged camera was dismantled and taken away. *jk
