Donetsk, Oct 1 - DAN. International Committee of the Red Cross representatives were not hurt during the shelling of the Kominternovo village in the south of the Donetsk People’s Republics, the ICRC Donetsk office told the Donetsk News Agency on Tuesday.
“Today, ICRC personnel are handing out relief supplies to Kominternovo villagers, including coal coupons. Our group heard the sound of shots. Everybody is one piece; there have been no casualties,” an ICRC staffer told DAN.
She added that the ICRC personnel continued to work in Kominternovo.
Earlier, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported that Kominternovo came under Ukrainian army small arms fire when OSCE, ICRC and JCCC personnel were visiting the village.*jk
