Donetsk, Jan.27 – DAN. Humanitarian convoy travelling from Ukraine was not allowed into DPR as there was a technical issued with the documents, said Denis Pushilin, head of the interministerial committee for humanitarian missions accreditation.
"DPR sets certain procedures for cargo transportation through the DPR territory. There was a technical issue with the documents, but soon humanitarian cargo will reach its destination point in LPR."
He reminded that all cargoes delivered to LPR from Ukrainian territory are transited through DPR as Kiev hampers repairs of bridges and checkpoints along the contact line with LPR. Kiev also disrupted the disengagement of forces and hardware in Stanitsa Luganskaya area which impedes a large-scale restoration of connection routes.
Earlier in the day Ukrainian border guard service said that DPR had not allowed 25 trucks with 540 tons of humanitarian aid for LPR from an international organization, including medication and construction materials. *ot
