Donetsk, Dec 2 – DAN. DPR authorities do not expect progress at the Contact Group meeting in Minsk scheduled for December, 7, said DPR delegation to Minsk negotiations head Denis Pushilin.
"I don't have any illusions as to the meeting, any implications for implementation of some issues on the agenda of the working groups. Actually there is a stagnation due to a number of reasons."
Pushilin added that in his opinion Kiev does not know what to do next.
"Ukraine is cautious about its decisions and thus, apparently, will keep protracting the process."
