Donetsk, Apr 13 - DAN. DPR Prosecutor General's Office has opened a criminal case against Ukrainian presidential adviser Alexey Arestovich on suspicion of engaging in extremist activity, the press office of the DPR Prosecution said.

"The DPR Prosecutor General's Office has qualified Arestovich's activity as criminal, falling under Art.325 P.2 of the DPR Criminal Code (Public Appeals for the Performance of Extremist Activity)," the report reads.

On April 5, Arestovich, speaking live on the air of the all-Ukrainian telethon of the "Ukraine 24 online" TV channel, called on Ukrainians to engage in extremist activity by committing murders motivated by bias against political views or ethnicity. *ot
