Donetsk, Jul 20 — DAN. The admissions campaign at universities across Russia including the new regions is running in a routine mode, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko said on Thursday.
“As of now, more than 842,000 prospective students have submitted applications, while the number of unique degree combinations has amounted to 6.7 million, ” Chernyshenko’s press service quoted him as saying.
DPR universities opened for 2023 applications on June 20. Documents can be submitted online or onsite. Unlike in previous years, prospective students who have not passed the Unified State Exam must take entrance tests to enroll at a university.
Earlier this month, the Education the Science Ministry named the most popular fields of study with prospective students in 2023.*jk
