Donetsk, Nov 17 — DAN. The “Single Customer in the Field of Construction” is building two apartment houses in Mariupol’s Zhovtnevy district, the press service of the state-run company reported on Friday.
“The total area of the two houses makes up some 20,000 square meters. The six-storey three-section house in Kuprin Street will comprise 84 units and the four-section house in Lenin Street 129 units, ” the company said. “The houses, to be commissioned in 2024, are untended for people who lost their homes due to hostilities.”
The “Single Customer” has put in service 33 apartment buildings with more than 1,800 units in Mariupol including the benchmark neighborhoods “Izumrudny” and “Cheryomushki” in Lenin Avenue and Irtysh Street. At present, the company is implementing 17 housing construction projects across the maritime city.*jk
