Donetsk, Sep 1 – DAN. Acting DPR Head Dmitriy Trapeznikov said on Friday the Republican authorities shall preserve current social and economic policies and are functioning as normal.
"All executive and legislative authorities are functioning as normal. All social guarantees shall be fulfilled. Republic is functioning normally", he said.
DPR Head Alexander Zakharchenko was killed in an explosion at a restaurant in the Dontesk city center on Friday evening. The blast injured 11 more people. Dmitriy Trapeznikov, deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers, has been appointed acting DPR Head in accordance with the DPR Constitution, Article 62. *ot
