Donetsk, Feb 15 – DAN. DPR Head Denis Pushilin has visited the injured batallion commander Sergey Popov, who sustained wounds in a terrorist attack in Gorlovka earlier today.
Pushilin's press service said that Popov and his minor daughter, who was also injured in the attack, are getting all necessary medical attention.
An improvised explosive device attached to the underseal of a car belonging to the People's Militia commander went off at around 7.50 a.m. on the Pobedy street in Gorlovka. Commander's minor daughter was inside the car as well, she suffered mild concussion.
Ukrainian joint detachment of the West (Zapad) special task center is behind the terrorist attack, the Defense said.
The terrorist attack on DPR People's Militia service member and his daughter is a war crime, said DPR Ombudswoman Daria Morozova. *ot
