Donetsk, Jan 27 — DAN. Donetsk People’s Republic mobile operator “Phoenix” is technically ready to launch the fifth-generation technology standard for broadband cellular networks in the DPR, company director Vladislav Trunov said at a press briefing at the Donetsk News Agency on Friday.
“Company specialists put 5G on the first test bench in 2022, ” Trunov said. “We’re not talking about 5G commercial launch now, but technically, we are ready for it provided we have appropriate resources.”
5G technology features high bandwidth capacity, dependable performance of communication networks, small delay time, data transfer at 1 to 2 gigabyte per second and low energy consumption.*jk
