OSCE SMM to monitor the POW swap till it is finalized

Gorlovka, Dec 27 – DAN. The members of the OSCE SMM shall monitor the major prisoner exchange taking place at Mayorsk checkpoint today until it is finalized, said the head of the SMM office in Donetsk Olga Skripovskaya.

"The prisoner exchange is still going on, the results will be available in the report. The OSCE shall be present at the exchange location until it is completed," she said.

The major POW swap in Donbass conflict history is also monitored by the ICRC, representatives of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate, DPR and Ukrainian officials. *ot
