Donetsk, Dec 26 – DAN. Nearly 6,000 residents of Kiev-controlled part of Donetsk Region have received medical aid in DPR hospitals under the Donbass people reunification humanitarian program this year, DPR Health Minister Olga Dolgoshapko said.
“DPR keeps providing medical assistance within the framework of the Donbass people reunification humanitarian program; about 6,000 patients from Kiev-controlled territories received medical aid this year," she said.
On February 17 DPR and LPR Heads approved the humanitarian aid program aimed to assist people living in Kiev-controlled territories. The main objective is to provide financial aid and educational assistance to vulnerable social groups. On February 21 the program was officially presented to people, hotlines and websites associated with the program were launched.*ot
