Donetsk, Oct 18 – DAN. The Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of the Donetsk People’s Republic has unveiled an employment history state-recognized form. The document standard layout was presented by Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Policy Denis Strelchenko at the press center of the Donetsk News Agency on Tuesday.

“The forms and filling-in and safe-keeping instructions were drawn in accordance with the guidelines set by the Council of the Minister’s resolution,” the deputy minister said. “The document became effective on August 26. The Ukrainian or Soviet documents had been valid in the Republic’s territory until new forms were approved.”

The new DPR employment record book will not be a mandatory document for job seekers. The counterpart Ukrainian document remains valid in DPR, Strelchenko said.

“If a job applicant has an invalid employment record book, they can have them re-issued. When acquiring the a employment record book, citizens can keep the old employment record issued by Ukraine, which remains valid in the territory of the Republic,” the official said.

The document has a navy blue cover with DPR coat-of-arms and the inscription reading Employment Record in golde. It has 44 pages, with the last page containing an excerpt from the Council of Ministers’ resolution. One half of the document is meant for employment data, and the other for the awards or commendations given to the employee. The document’s serial number is in the upper right corner.
