Donetsk, Nov 15 — DAN. Seven specialized vehicles have been handed over to the Mariupoltrans transport company, Mariupol’s Acting Mayor Oleg Morgun said on Wednesday.
“Together with company director Vladimir Krivosheyev we inspected the vehicles purchased with budget money. One vehicle is equipped with metal working tools and a welding machine, ” Morgun said on this Telegram channel. Workers can carry out repairs right at the place of company vehicle breakdown, without having to tow it to the depot first. Another vehicle is intended for maintenance of overhead wires and for working at height.
The equipment includes a vehicle with a 25-kilowatt power generator that can work at temperatures of minus 35 degrees Celsius, a minibus for repair teams, a Lada car and a dump truck. A 50-ton crane is expected to be delivered to Mariupol in the near future, he said.
Last year, the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources supplied 93 garbage trucks, manipulators and grapple trucks to Mariupol.*jk
