Donetsk, Dec 10 – DAN. The Ukraine has again ignored DPR's proposal to exchange prisoners on the "all confirmed to all confirmed" basis, said DPR Ombudswoman Daria Morozova.
"We have proposed to exchange prisoners on the "all confirmed to all confirmed" basis on December 27. Kiev has not replied yet."
"If it doesn't happen in December we shall be insisting on January," she said.
The Donetsk People’s Republic and Ukraine last exchanged prisoners on December 27, 2017. Ukraine handed over 160 people to Donetsk, and the DPR passed over 57 people to Kiev. Since then, Ukrainian negotiators at the Minsk talks have been avoiding any meaningful discussion of the exchange agenda.*ot
