Donetsk, May 14 - DAN. Four bus routes have been launched in liberated Mariupol, local mayor Konstantin Ivaschenko told DAN.
"We have already launched four bus routes, and are working to relaunch trolleys and trams," he said.
Electrical public transport is also to make a return soon, Ivaschenko added.
The first bus route was put back into operation on May 4 after the city had been liberated.
Mariupol is the largest city on the coast of the Sea of Azov, one of the key centres of metallurgy in Donbass and a major seaport. The battle for the city began on February 25. Currently, Mariupol has been liberated, the remaining Azov militants are blocked at the Azov Steel works. *ot
