Donetsk, May 25 – DAN. The Fair Defense social organization has prepared 80 case files to be filed with the ICC concerning the casualties of Kiev's offensive in Donbass, the organization's representative Ivan Kopyl said.

"This month we have prepared 80 case files concerning 22 killed and 57 wounded adults and one minor."

Overall, the Fair Defense has passed over to the ICC evidence on 737 killed and wounded, including 595 adults and 142 minors.

The public committee on recording Kiev forces war crimes was launched in mid-2015. Criminal and law experts aim to gather data on the crimes the Ukrainian armed forces committed in Donbass. The committee registered as an organization in February 2018 and adopted the name of Fair Defense social organization. *ot
