Donetsk, Mar 12 – DAN. The Fair Defense social organization has passed evidence on 110 people killed and wounded as the result of Ukrainian army offensive in Donbass to the International Criminal Court in February 2018, said the committee’s representative Ivan Kopyl.

"In February 2018, we have passed files on 54 casualties, of those two underage were killed and one injured; 26 adults were killed and 25 injured. As for the ECHR, 56 complaints from DPR residents who suffered the consequences of Ukrainian crimes were sent there in February."

“Since the start of our work in September 2015, we have passed files on 680 casualties, 332 were received by the Office of the Prosecutor. The ECHR received 1,891 complaints and registered about half of them, so currently we are awaiting them to be reviewed.

The public committee on recording Kiev forces war crimes was launched in mid-2015. Criminal and law experts aim to gather data on the crimes the Ukrainian armed forces committed in Donbass. The committee registered as an organization in February 2018 and adopted the name of Fair Defense social organization. *ot
