Fair Defense passes 795 files on victims of Ukrainian aggression to ICC since 2015

Donetsk, Jun 4 – DAN. The Fair Defense social organization has passed evidence on 795 victims of Ukrainian army offensive in Donbass to the International Criminal Court, said the DPR organization.

“In the course of our work, we have passed files on 795 killed and wounded, of those 653 adults and 142 minors."

In May 2018 alone, the ICC received 21 case files.

The public committee on recording Kiev forces' war crimes was launched in mid-2015. Criminal and law experts aim to gather data on the crimes the Ukrainian armed forces committed in Donbass. The committee registered as an organization in February 2018 and adopted the name of Fair Defense social organization. *ot
