Donetsk, Nov 3 - DAN. A check of joint actions by Donetsk People’s Republic ministries in resolving crises caused by the external threat from Ukraine will run in the Republic on November 10 - 14, DPR Head Denis Pushilin said on Tuesday.
“Taking into account the existing facts and intelligence data, I believe it is expedient to check, in the period from November 10 to November 14, the efficiency of joint actions by the Emergencies Ministry, the Interior Ministry, the State Security Ministry, the Healthcare Ministry and the Transport Ministry in resolving crises in case of possible external threats coming from Ukraine,” Pushilin said in a statement published on his official website.
Kiev continues to show an unstable political course and chaos in decision-making, while the Ukrainian leadership’s statements on their commitment to a peaceful settlement of the Donbass conflict are at variance with Ukrainian gunmen’s actions on the contact line. The number of ceasefire violations by Ukrainian armed formations, including shooting attacks at workers who restore civil infrastructure facilities is increasing, he said.
“Using terrorist methods for waging a war, treacherous provocations and sabotage, Ukrainian gunmen pursue the obvious goal of unsettling the situation,” the DPR leader said.
In these conditions, a systemic control of readiness of all government bodies for eliminating the aftermath of crises, the level of their interaction and promptness of response is a token of citizens’ safety and protection of the Republic, Pushilin said.
The package of tighter ceasefire control measures came into force in Donbass on July 27, 2020. The document bans the use of any weapons, deployment of hardware, special operations, engineer works and unmanned aerial vehicles flights. Violations of accords by Ukraine, including strikes and engineer works, are recorded regularly.*jk
