The teachers of the Republic thwarted cynical plans of Kiev authorities regarding the children of Donbass, the Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin said on Friday at a plenary session at the Mariupol Azov State Technical University at the opening of the annual August Pedagogical Studios.
“We all remember Poroshenko (fifth president of Ukraine Petr Poroshenko) saying back in 2014 that our children would be sitting in basements. These cynical plans were destined to fail, because each of you (teachers) did and is doing everything so that our children have a childhood, so that they can learn, ” Pushilin said.
The Head of the DPR also thanked the teachers for their heroic efforts. He emphasized that the educational process, with the support of the ministries and departments of the Russian Federation in charge, resumes in the liberated territories of the Republic.
