DPR reports nearly 1,200 new COVID-19 cases in 24 hours

Donetsk, Oct 27– DAN. DPR has registered 1,198 new cases of COVID-19 as the total number of confirmed cases climbed to 83,125, the Ministry of Health said.

The Ministry of Health reports that of 2,249 tests 1,047 returned positive on October 26, while 151 cases were diagnosed based on symptoms.

In the past 24 hours, 905 people were discharged from hospitals after testing negative twice; 92-virus-related deaths were reported.

The total of 62,161 patients recovered, while 14,502 are being treated; the total of 6,462 died. *ot
