Donetsk, Jan 11 – DAN. Two hundred and ninety-one new COVID-19 cases have been recorded in the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, the DPR Healthcare Ministry reported on Tuesday.
“DPR medics have carried out 2,331 tests; 247 people tested positive and another 44 showed COVID-19 symptoms, the report said. Two hundred and eighty-five people were discharged from hospital and 15 died in the designated period.
The Republic reported 172 new covid cases in the previous update on January 6. No tests were carried out on January 7 - 9.
The DPR has confirmed 119,542 cases since the beginning of the pandemic; 108,138 people have recovered, 2,062 continue treatment, and 9,342 have died. *jk
