Donetsk, Feb 15 – DAN. Medics have diagnosed 2,544 new COVID-19 cases in the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, the DPR Healthcare Ministry reported on Tuesday.
A total of 5,836 tests were carried out on February 14; 2,518 people tested positive and another 26 showed COVID-19 symptoms, the report said. As many as 352 residents were de-registered after recovery and nine died in the designated period.
No tests were carried out at the weekend on February 12 and 13. Last Friday, medics reported 1,540 new COVID-19 cases.
The DPR has recorded 143,474 coronavirus infection cases since the beginning of the pandemic; 111,887 people have recovered, 21,981 continue treatment, and 9,606 have died. *jk
