Donetsk, Dec 30 – DAN. Two hundred and twenty-four new COVID-19 cases have been diagnosed in the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, the DPR Healthcare Ministry reported on Thursday.
A total of 697 tests have been carried out; 126 people tested positive and another 98 showed COVID-19 symptoms, the report said. As many as 275 residents have been de-registered after recovery and 40 have died over the designated period. In the previous reporting period, medics recorded 241 new COVID-19 cases in the DPR.
The DPR has confirmed 118,831 COVID-19 cases since the beginning of the pandemic; 107,513 people have recovered, 2,076 continue treatment, and 9,242 have died. *jk
