Donetsk, Aug 23 – DAN. The DPR representatives in the humanitarian subgroup of the Contact Group have rejected Kiev's attempt to reinterpret the Article 6 of the Package of Measures, said Viktoria Talakina, spokeswoman of the DPR’s top negotiator at Minsk talks Denis Pushilin.

""We consider any attempts to pervert the meaning of the Article 6 as totally unacceptable. The article clearly provides for release and exchange of all hostages and illegally detained persons on the 'all for all' basis," she said, explaining that Ukraine keeps diving the detained into different groups and categories thus protracting the exchange.

"The discussion in the subgroup focuses on defining the "all for all" concept," Talakina added.

She reminded that the Package of Measures for the implementation of the Minsk Agreements was coordinated and signed by all the sides of the Donbass conflict, including DPR, LPR and Ukraine's leaders, and supported by the Normandy Four.

Latest data shows that Kiev keeps 502 participants of the conflict locked up, 231 of them are confirmed to be in Ukraine, while information on the 268 is missing or being specified, information n three persons has been requested for the first time. The list of missing persons comprises 509 names. *ot
