DPR recognizes Russian courts decisions on civil acts registry

Donetsk, Oct 15 – DAN. DPR has recognized Russian courts decisions concerning civil acts registration.

DPR Interim Head Denis Pushilin has signed today a decree to recognize and execute on the DPR territory the decisions of Russian courts in the sphere of civil acts registration within the limits set by the DPR regulations concerning civil acts registration.

The provision comes into force on the day it has been signed, October 15, 2018. *ot
