Donetsk, Mar 3 – DAN. Donetsk People’s Republic medics have provided medical aid to 55 women living in the Kiev-controlled territory of Donbass, said the OB-GYN of the Donetsk Republican Center for Motherhood Protection Alexander Petrov.
"As of today, 55 women women living in the Kiev-controlled territory of Donbass have received medical assistance under the Humanitarian program for Donbass people reunification," he said.
Of those, 27 underwent surgeries, 28 received obstetrics aid.
On February 17 DPR and LPR Heads approved the humanitarian aid program aimed to assist people living in Kiev-controlled territories. The main objective is to provide financial aid and educational assistance to vulnerable social groups. Medical assistance is provided as well. On February 21 the program was officially presented to people, hotlines and websites associated with the program were launched.*ot
