Donetsk, Jan. 30 – DAN. Because of predicted worsening of weather DPR Ministry of Emergencies have opened 12 mobile warming centers across the Republic for residents who need shelter as frigid temperatures grip the area.
"DPR Emergency Ministry opens 12 mobile warming centers due to temperature plunge. The centers are located in the places of mass gathering and will be functioning 24 hours a day. "
Hot tea will be served in the warming centers and emergency response teams will be present there.
Temperature is expected to dip as low as -20C in the night and -15C in the day and to last for several days. *ot
