Donetsk, May 17 - DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic on Thursday launched a charity foundation to provide assistance to Donbass conflict victims’ families, the head of state’s press service reported.

“The Helping Hand charity foundation has begun to operate to provide aid to the families of people killed in fighting in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic,” the press service said.

The foundation, located at 97 Artyoma Street, Room 324, will receive citizens on Tuesdays and Friday from 10:00 till 14:00 and on weekends from 9:00 till 15:00.

The organisation’s staff told the Donetsk News Agency that Helping Hand had been set up at the order of DPR leader Alexander Zakharchenko.*jk*pp
