Donetsk, Sep 27 - DAN. Primary health care centres in the Donetsk People’s Republic have received 400,000 rapid COVID-19 test kits which the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation earlier passed to the Republic, the DPR Healthcare Ministry said on Monday.
“The antigen tests supplied by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation in the amount of 400,000 were distributed among primary health care where testing for COVID-19 is free in case of clinical evidence,” the Ministry said.
The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation is a technical body within Switzerland’s Federal Department of Foreign Affairs. The SDC coordinates the activity in developing countries and countries of Eastern Europe with the operation of other agencies, and also provides humanitarian assistance. For example, it contributes to strengthening economic and political independence and improving production conditions, helps resolve environmental problems and facilitates broader access to education and basic medical services. *jk
