Donetsk, Feb 1 - DAN. Donetsk People’s Republic authorities consider several options to increase the sum of retirement benefits this year, DPR Head Denis Pushilin said in interview to the Donetsk News Agency.
“The DPR Pension Fund is designing several options for possible pension increase in 2019,” Pushilin said. “A pension might increase depending on the recipient’s contribution; what I mean is the length of service. I believe it is fair; but this option is still in the works.”
He added that the pension increase dates can be announced after choosing the mechanism and securing the funding.
Earlier, Pushilin promised to have Ukrainian service records counted in when recalculating pensions in the DPR.*jk
