“Self-isolation is obligatory for citizens over 65 in the period to April 17 except those whose presence at work is critically important,” Pushilin said in a statement.
DPR authorities will interact with residents in self-isolation, provide targeted assistance and respond to requests coming via hotline. The DPR Labour and Social Policy Ministry was tasked with arranging quick feedback.
