Donetsk, March 16 - DAN. Donetsk People’s Republic Head Denis Pushilin has arrived in the Republic of Crimea to take part in the festivities marking the seventh anniversary of Crimea’s reunification with Russia, the press service of the head of state reported on Tuesday.
“A DPR delegation led by Denis Pushilin arrived in the Republic of Crimea of the Russian Federation,” the report said.
A ceremony of state awards of the DPR and the Republic of Crimea will take place on March 16. On March 18, a car raсу arranged by the motorcycle club Night Wolves and show at the foot of the Gasforta mountain will mark the seventh anniversary of the Russian Spring.
At the All-Crimea Referendum on 16 March 2014, more than 95 percent of peninsula residents voted for reunification with Russia. Two days later, a historic agreement was signed in Moscow on two new territorial entities - the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol - joining the Russian Federation.*jk*pp
