Donetsk, Mar 30 – DAN. DPR has not received any new suggestions from Kiev concerning the prisoner exchange, DPR Ombudswoman Darya Morozova said.
“We have received no formal suggestions from the Ukrainian side. Moreover, there were no off record suggestions.”
The DPR Ombudswoman said that on March 14 the discussion of the swap had not transpired due to the absence of Ukrainian authorized representatives in Minsk.
Earlier Kiev’s representative in the humanitarian working group Viktor Medvedchuk said that Kiev allegedly had talks with the DPR and the LPR on the next round of exchange on the “109 for 37” basis. *ot
