Donetsk, Oct 17 — DAN. Some 42,000 people registered at Donetsk People’s Republic employment centers have found jobs, the press service of the regional Labor and Social Policy Ministry told the Donetsk News Agency.
“About 42,000 job seekers have been employed since 2023; the job placement rate made up 90 percent, ” the press service said.
Overall, 46,700 people have asked for assistance in finding jobs, the Ministry said.
The Donetsk News Agency earlier reported that the residents who were unable to get jobs through employment centers were eligible for unemployment benefits. Currently, a majority of the 193 registered unemployed receive the maximum benefit which is worth 12,792 rubles.*jk
