Donetsk, Jul 1 — DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic has brought charges against another two foreign mercenaries, Dylan Hilly and Andrew Hill, a well-informed source told the Donetsk News Agency on Friday.

“An investigation is underway in the case against British mercenaries Dylan Hilly and Andrew Hill. They are charged under the same articles as the three mercenaries who were convicted earlier, ” the source said. “An investigation is underway; charges have been brought.”

On June 9, the DPR Supreme Court Appeals Chamber sentenced to death three foreign mercenaries who had fought on the side of Ukraine.   British nationals Shaun Pinner and Aiden Aslin and Moroccan citizen Saadun Brahim served with the Ukrainian army’s 36th Separate Marine Brigade and participated in fighting in Donbass against the DPR, for which they received remuneration. They were charged under three articles of the DPR Criminal Code: coup or retention of power by force, mercenarism and training for terrorist activity.
